Ba/F3 Models
Ba/F3 cells are IL-3 dependent murine pro-B cells that, upon genetic engineering, can be rendered dependent on the activity of specific kinases (e.g., EGFR, ALK, RET, TRK), making them a powerful tool for kinase target validation, inhibitor screening, and resistance mechanism studies.
Leveraging our expertise in cell engineering, PRECEDO has established a Ba/F3 stable cell line library covering more than 40 kinase targets, along with corresponding Ba/F3-derived CDX animal models to support kinase drug evaluation from molecular to cellular to in vivo levels. Services include:
- Generation of kinase-dependent cell lines
- Kinase inhibitor activity screening
- Construction and validation of resistant mutants
- In vivo efficacy studies using Ba/F3 CDX models
