Proximal/distal surgical margins (1.5 cm and 4.2 cm from tumor respectively) free of carcinoma. Lymph node metastasis in gastric groups (4/17): Pericardial (0/8), Lesser curvature (0/0), Suprapyloric (0/1), Infrapyloric (2/2); Greater curvature (2/6), with one tumor nodule visible. Laparoscopic radical resection of transverse colon + laparoscopic enterolysis was performed under general anesthesia on 2024-02-19, with a smooth procedure. Postoperative pathology confirmed transverse colon adenocarcinoma (pT4aN1aM1, stage ⅣA). Postoperative recovery was good. Systemic chemotherapy with XELOX regimen was given on 2024-03-11, 2024-04-01, 2024-04-22, 2024-05-13 and 2024-12-11, and capecitabine monotherapy on 2024-06-04 and 2024-07-29. The patient received one cycle of XELOX + bevacizumab on 2025-01-20, all courses were uneventful.
